The Karib Mine is being operated which is located 15 kilometers from this community in Namibia, Africa. 50,000 tons of fine copper and 50 kilograms of gold are produced annually. This corresponds to an underground operation with a crushing, classification and cleaning plant. The material produced corresponds to copper ore with a granulometry of 2-3 millimeters and has a grade of 10-25% copper.
Marketing operations are carried out mainly in Africa, China, South Korea, Turkey and Latin America. The products sold are copper minerals, blister copper, copper cathodes and gold, as well as mining equipment, spare parts and OTR tires. In addition, to commercialize the extracted gold and copper ore, our company has an alliance with mining companies from Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, Kenya, and the Democratic Republic of Congo to commercialize their products towards the markets mentioned above.
On the other hand, CMC has agreements with logistics companies that operate from Africa to parts of the world.
We seek to expand the annual production of this mine to 10000 tons of copper and 100 kilograms of gold.
Verification of mining reserves, mining engineering and process engineering is being carried out.
